This large development of 2 highrise blocks was completed in 1992 and is located at the Western end of Queen's Road West near the junction with Belcher's Street. Both towers rise from a podium with shops underneath at street level. Block 1 is 28 storeys and contains 112 apartments, 4 per floor. Apartments A&D are 465 sf saleable and B&C are 307 sf saleable. Block 2 is 27 floors and contains 108 apartments, 4 per floor. B&C are again 307 sf saleable but have penthouses of 616 sf saleable.
