This large complex curves around the bottom of Redhill, and comprises almost 200 spacious townhouses and low-rise duplexes and ten high-rise apartment blocks. As these properties are situated right on the coast they have wonderful views over Tai Tam Bay. Situated next to the HK International Senior School, with supermarket and shops close by, this complex is very popular with expat families. There is a shuttle bus service to town and to Stanley market.

The apartment blocks offer two and three bedroom units (apart from the penthouse duplexes), all light and bright, most having small balconies with green and seaviews. The low-rise duplexes and houses have three or four bedrooms, many with an additional family area, and most have a small garden or private roof area. Some houses have spectacular cathedral windows with views across the bay. Many of the units are now individually owned, and the internal finishes depend on the taste and extravagance of the owner! The major Landlord prefers a simple, plain decor, with decent bathrooms and kitchens. The apartments all have balconies and the houses have gardens, with the duplex units having either a garden or a roof area. The smallest apartments offer two bedrooms, the largest houses four bedrooms plus family area, so there is something here to suit all requirements.

The recreational facilities are some of the best on Hong Kong Island. There is a small clubhouse, pool and tennis court and a separate children's playground in the housing area, or all residents can also use the larger clubhouse by the apartment blocks. This has four tennis courts and a spectacular resort pool as well as gym, squash courts and other function rooms.
