Repulse Bay Gardens consists of six 20 storey blocks completed in 1970, each with 2 apartments per floor, a total of 240 units. 4 blocks are of 2049 sf saleable areas with 3 bedrooms. There is 1 block of 2576 sf saleable area with 4 bedrooms and another block with 1513 sf saleable with 2 bedroom apartments. They all have efficient proportions with spacious rooms and a good sized utility and helper's area. They all have large balconies (although a few owners have enclosed these now). The majority of the apartments have good views over Repulse Bay beach. The development has completed a major upgrading in 2014 where the exterior of all the blocks have been retiled.
