This modern 20 storey highrise was completed in 1982 and has 40 apartments with 2 on each floor. The regular apartments are each 1917 sf saleable and each has a round balcony with panoramic views over the South China Sea & Middle Island. The living-dining rooms are split level and they originally all had 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, but some layouts have now been changed to 3 bedrooms. The building exterior has been renovated completely in recent years. There are plenty of car parks in the complex.
