Provident Centre

This large complex of 17 blocks on Wharf Road, North Point, was completed in 1984 and contains a total of 1450 apartments. The blocks are all 25 storeys but vary between having 2,4 or 5 apartments per floor. Many of the blocks face the harbour so the apartments have good harbour views. They are arranged around a garden area and also the Provident Centre which has a shopping arcade. The regular apartments are from 703-1308 sf saleable and there are some special penthouses of around 2200 sf saleable in some blocks.  There is a car park next door and good public transport in the area.
