Kwong Chiu Terrace consists of 2 highrise towers completed in 1978 and located at the lower end of Fortress Hill Road, close to the junction with King's Road and only a few minutes walk from Fortress Hill MTR station. Both blocks A&B are 26 storeys but 'A' has 4 apartments per floor and a total of 104 apartments and 'B' has 6 apartments per floor, giving it 154. There are 258 units in total. The apartments in block A are either 550 or 811 sf saleable and those in block B are 434, 527 or 431 sf saleable.
