Valiant Park

A large modern block completed in 1993 and located mid way along the popular Conduit Road- a short walk from the top of the escalator. It has 36 storeys with a total of 288 apartments i.e. 8 on each regular floor. The regular apartments range from 521 - 802 sf saleable and are mostly 2 or 3 bedrooms.
