This popular West Mid Levels development was completed in 1971 and consists of five 20 storey blocks, each with 80 apartments. All the apartments were originally 1166 sf saleable area but over time some owners have combined 2 apartments into 1 large unit with varying layouts. Half of the apartments face the harbour and the other half face south with the higher floors having lovely views over the Peak and the facilities. There was a large mansion house on the site before the present development was built and the facilities date from then. There is a large swimming pool and a chinese pagoda which houses the gym.
