An older development on MacDonnell Road completed in 1964 comprising two 16 storey blocks, AB & CD. They each have 32 apartments, 2 per floor, giving it a total of 64 units. The apartments are all spacious and the majority are 2351 sf saleable with only a couple different at the top of CD block. They all have large balconies and many have now been well renovated.
