Garfield Mansion is located on the upper part of Seymour Road, a short walk to the nearby Market Place supermarket and shops on Robinson Road. It was completed in 1973 and is a 24 storey block with 96 apartments, 4 per floor. The A&B apartments are all 842 sf saleable area while the C&D are the same till the 20th floor, but then change to smaller apartments on the top 4 floors, ranging from 730-403 sf saleable. The exterior was of this building was completely renovated in 2019.
