A single highrise block of 23 residential storeys overlooking the racecourse. It was completed in 1982 and has 92 apartments, 4 per floor. The apartments all have a saleable area of 308 sf and are mostly 1 bedroom units with some converted to studios. The front 2 units have excellent views of the race course and the back 2 face South. There is a restaurant on the ground floor and a Market Place supermarket close by as well as many other shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood.
