Situated at the junction of Ventris and Blue Pool Roads in the popular Happy Valley area, the apartments are set on a plateau, raised from the noise and traffic of city living, yet offering easy access to the markets, shops, schools and transportation in the area. There are two blocks comprising 160 units, and both towers were fully renovated recently. The units were initially laid out with three bedrooms, balcony and maid's room, though many units have been modified by the owners. There is a swimming pool, with playspace at the podium level
