Nga Yuen

Built in 1965, Nga Yuen is an older 12 storey block, with 4 units on each regular floor, giving it a total of 47 units. The 'A' and 'B' units are the larger ones of size 734 sf saleable while the 'C' and 'D' units are smaller, of size 592 sf saleable. It is located in the centre of Happy Valley, very close to all amenities, restaurants and shops. It has a good bus route and is a 10 minute walk to the Times Square MTR station.
