Tam Towers

Tam Towers consists of two 12 storey blocks, each with 2 spacious apartments per floor, giving it a total of 24 units. There are 2 sizes- the 3 bedrooms are 2550 sf saleable and the 4 bedroom ones are 2700 sf saleable. They all have good sized, well proprtioned rooms and large balconies with lovely open and sea views over the sports ground. They all come with a car park and tenants are eligible to join the University Sports Club to use their facilities.
